Chapter Nine and a Half: A Brief Discussion

I sure hope the few of you who actually read this blog like disappointments, because this post certainly is one. Wow, maybe that wasn’t the best hook. Anyway, I thought that maybe we should take a moment for a… discussion. So, as much as I love to end each chapter with a bit of a cliffhanger, let us just take a moment to debate the actions of our questionable protagonist, Nathaniel Byrd.

Ah, yes. Nathan. He’s something, isn’t he?

I think we can all agree that some of Nathan’s actions aren’t exactly acceptable (you know, the whole killing-people-for-a-living thing). That was just pretty flat-out bad.

While that is quite clearly immoral, what about the instance between Nathan and his father? The fact that he tried to kill someone aside, was what Nathan did, framing his abusive father, okay? Let’s take a look at both sides.
